Ancillary Task Decision

After looking at the briefs for the ancillary tasks:

I decided that the two I would choose to do would be:

• a digipak for the album’s release
• a magazine advertisement for the digipak.

I made this decision as I previous experience from GCSE media of creating album covers and magazine advertisements. This means the skills I learnt from this can be applied to creating this promotional package.

Although I have designed a website for an artist previously, I have never made a full functioning website.  I feel like it would, therefore, not be a true reflection of my skills as I would have to focus on the technical side of making the website function correctly.
